Orange Power Cleaner & Degreaser
One of the toughest cleaning jobs in and around the home is greasy and grimy dirt. ORANGE POWER is one product especially designed to tackle these jobs effectively, economically, and safely.
ORANGE POWER gets its grease fighting power from limonene; a natural cleaner and solvent that is made from orange peels or pine trees. Limonene is also very effective in removing other stains like crayon, lipstick, oil, tar, blood, adhesives and more!!
ORANGE POWER is a concentrated product with no added water and contains 100% active ingredients. Many commercially so-called concentrated cleaner/degreaser products can contain up to 50% water or more!
ORANGE POWER is formulated to be biodegradable, non-toxic, non-caustic, and non-abrasive. That means that it is safer to use and will not harm people or the environment. It smells nice, too; consumers love the gentle orange fragrance.
Instructions: Dilute with the appropriate amount of water depending on the application. This is where ORANGE POWER is really economical because for most general purpose light to medium uses (floors, kitchen and other work surfaces, carpets, car wash, etc.) only one to two ounces of cleaner per gallon of water is needed. The solution may be applied to surface with a rag or sponge, or sprayed onto the surface with a suitable trigger sprayer. For heavy duty applications (grease, blood, crayon, BBQ grills, etc.) use dilutions of up to 4 ounces per quart of water. Works great on stubborn carpet stains, too!!
Cleaning Tips: Limonene products cannot be used on styrene, natural rubber, or lacquer finishes. If there is any question as to whether the surface may be harmed, first clean a small test area. For stubborn stains and soils please let the cleaning solution sit on the surface several minutes. After cleaning rinse surface with cold water.

USES:
Dish Washing: Dispense Planet Dishwashing Liquid into the wash basin, and start filling with warm water. One firm, brief squeeze (about a teaspoon) is sufficient to start with. Swish the water to work up the suds, then start washing your dishes. It is most economical to measure small amounts of detergent at a time and wash until the suds are almost gone. Once the blanket of suds has subsided, it's time to add more Planet Dishwashing Liquid.
Fruit & Vegetable Wash: Use Planet Dishwashing Liquid as a fruit & vegetable wash to help remove waxes, dirt, and pesticides. Use several drops mixed in a large bowl of cold water. Submerse your fruits and vegetables, and let soak for a minute. Swish leafy vegetables around to loosen dirt, and use a soft cloth on firm fruits. Plastic scour pads work well on potatoes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Car Wash: Mix about a tablespoon (2 firm brief squeezes) with warm or cool water in a large bucket. Wet down the car with plain water first, then use a soft sponge to wash with the soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with water before the soap dries.
Pet Shampoo: Use Planet Dishwashing Liquid to wash your cat or dog. First wet the pet's fur with warm water and then work in a small amount of Planet Dishwashing liquid. Work up a thick lather and then thoroughly rinse until lather free.

Cleaning Tips & Hints
DO NOT use Dishwashing Liquid in automatic dishwashers.
It is likely that far more detergent than is necessary will be used if you squirt an extra amount directly onto your wash cloth or scouring pad before scrubbing. It is better to let dishes and pans with baked or dried on food soak first.
You will generally get better results by washing less greasy items first, like glasses and silverware, followed by more greasy items like plates, and then pots and pans.
Planet Dish Liquid is safe to use on crystal and overglazed china.
