ChreeseŽ is a dairy-free imitation cheese, that tastes as good as the real thing and is much better for you! Although ChreeseŽ is completely vegan (contains NO animal products), it is rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.
ChreeseŽ is available in both original Dairy-Free form, and in the Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free version. Gluten-Free ChreeseŽ is made with organic green lentil flour rather than unbleached white flour and can be consumed by those with the celiac condition, as well as autistic children and others who need to avoid wheat and gluten.
Each box of Dairy-Free Pastas and ChreeseŽ contains a 1 ounce package of ChreeseŽ in it's powdered form. The ChreeseŽ is whisked with one-third (1/3) cup of boiling water that can be removed from the pasta pot once it reaches a boil. At this point, you can customize ChreeseŽ to your own taste by adding a variety of ingredients including olive oil, soy milk, vegan margerine, salt, pepper, and herbs - or you can usejust water.
ChreeseŽ is made with nutritional yeast, which is an inactive yeast that comes from a culture grown on cane and beet molasses. Our ChreeseŽ is made from the Vegetarian Support version of nutritional yeast which is high in all of the B Vitamins, especially Vitamin B12. It is also a good source of folic acid which is good for your heart.
Nutritional yeast is guaranteed to have NO CANDIDA ALBICANS. This is the enzyme that affects yeast imbalances in some people. Nutritional yeast does NOT effect this imbalance.
